We are a team of consultants, experts and masters of figuring things out, seriously involved in making business fun.

In my first job role, they really asked us to perform a diverse range of activities. We had a lot of freedom, and it was like being an entrepreneur running a small business within the business. When I moved to larger organisations, I often missed that; I thought: “All I wanted, was some space to play”. And that’s where the name comes from.

I got inspired to create opportunities, both in start ups and household names, for people who crave that space to play, meaning they want to have an impact by driving and advancing important business projects, now (not later), as well as for businesses wishing to innovate and be a better player in the market by attracting such people.

When you do go into business, don’t be that serious. Brainstorming, trying, testing, creating and implementing (so all the good stuff!) take humour and playfulness, they all have that in common.

We believe in hierarchy and relationships, but our primary leadership objective is to do.

We believe in the personal creativity of every person, and we want to be catalysts for their creations to survive and thrive!
